Dr. Jane Paul is a Pediatrics Neurodevelopmental Specialist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who builds treatment programmes for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities.

She is the CEO and Clinical Director of Excella Developmental Services, a co-founder of the Pan African Congress on Autism and an instructor at EDS Learning Institute. At Joyful Journeys she is a collaborative partner and mentor to Diana Ayoo.

A neurodevelopmental specialist

Dr. Jane Paul is a Pediatrics Neurodevelopmental Specialist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D). She specialises in assessments and in developing treatment programmes for children diagnosed with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities, as well as children who are at risk.

Leading Excella Developmental Services

Since 2010 she has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Clinical Services for Excella Developmental Services.

Dedicated to placing clients first, Jane embodies her organisation’s leadership and its outstanding quality of service. Her deep curiosity, emphasis on authentic relationships and commitment to excellence have been crucial in driving growth in her work.

Teaching professionals and parents

Jane is also the founder of EDS Learning Institute, a non-profit organisation that provides training for professionals and for parents of children diagnosed with neurodevelopmental conditions, and she teaches there as an instructor.

She is also a co-founder of the Pan African Congress on Autism.

Serving families near and far

Through her work she has been privileged to serve children and families nationally and internationally.

At Joyful Journeys she is a collaborative partner and an influential mentor to Diana Ayoo, who trained under her guidance. Together they combine their expertise to support neurodivergent children and their families.
